So I asked if anyone would like the .psds or a tutorial for cover art and a few people (enthusiastically) said they would, so...
This tutorial was written in Photoshop CC (2015.0.1) but is compatible with other versions. You might be able to do most of this stuff in Lightbox or something similar. I don't know, sorry.
Involves replicating canvas using rotation and blending using Clone Tool; colouring using textures, blending layers, and Color Balance; font blending using layers and Blending Options.

You'll need to install the fonts if you don't have them, links to each are at the bottom of this post.
